Heritage Cottage Revival

Project Overview

A sympathetic restoration and modernisation of a charming 1920s heritage cottage in Unley. The project carefully preserved original period features including Baltic pine floors, ornate cornices, and ceiling roses, while introducing contemporary amenities and an open-plan rear extension. The renovation stripped back decades of alterations to reveal and restore the home's original character.

A new kitchen and bathroom were installed with finishes that complement the home's heritage, while the rear extension added a light-filled family living space with bi-fold doors connecting to the garden.
