Boutique Hotel Fit-out

Project Overview

A complete interior fit-out for a boutique luxury hotel in the Adelaide CBD. The project delivered 24 guest rooms, a sophisticated lobby and reception, a ground-floor bar, and a fine dining restaurant. The design concept drew on Adelaide's heritage with a contemporary, moody, and layered material palette.

Each guest room was individually detailed with custom joinery, premium bedding, and luxury bathroom suites. The ground-floor public spaces — the lobby, bar, and restaurant — flow seamlessly to create a welcoming arrival experience that sets the tone for the hotel.
