Modern Rear Extension

Project Overview

A contemporary rear extension to a post-war bungalow in Goodwood, transforming the home's living spaces. The extension added a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with vaulted ceilings and bi-fold doors opening to a landscaped backyard.

Careful attention was paid to the transition between the original home and the new extension, with matching floor levels and a consistent material palette that bridges old and new. The new kitchen features a large island bench, walk-in pantry, and premium appliances, making it the centerpiece of the home.
